Terms & Conditions

"Agent" means an individual or business registered with WondaMart GH to purchase and resell data bundles.

"Platform" means the WondaMart GH website, API, and any related services.

"Order" means a request placed by an Agent to purchase data bundles for a specified phone number.

"Wallet" means the prepaid account maintained by an Agent on the Platform.

"Network Provider" means any third-party telecom or service provider used to deliver data bundles.

"Delivery" means the completion of a transaction resulting in the recipient number receiving the purchased data bundle.

1.1. Agent registration is completely free of charge.

1.2. No registration fee is required to become a WondaMart GH Agent.

1.3. Registration grants access to agent pricing, commission opportunities, and other services offered through the platform.

1.4. WondaMart GH reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate any agent account where necessary to protect the integrity and security of the platform.

2.1. WondaMart GH operates on a prepaid wallet system.

2.2. Agents must maintain sufficient wallet balance before placing orders.

2.3. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

2.4. Completed transactions are considered final unless otherwise determined by WondaMart GH under exceptional circumstances.

3.1. Data bundle delivery may be instant or subject to delays due to telecom network validation procedures and provider systems.

3.2. Delivery times may vary depending on network provider requirements and system processing conditions.

3.3. While WondaMart GH strives to process all orders promptly, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

3.4. All valid and successfully paid orders will be processed and delivered subject to network availability and provider approval.

4.1. Registered agents receive access to exclusive agent pricing.

4.2. Agents may resell products and services at their preferred prices and retain their profit margins.

4.3. Prices may change without prior notice due to network provider adjustments, market conditions, or operational requirements.

4.4. WondaMart GH reserves the right to modify pricing structures at any time.

5.1. Agents are solely responsible for verifying all phone numbers before submitting orders.

5.2. WondaMart GH shall not be liable for data delivered to incorrectly entered phone numbers.

5.3. Orders sent to incorrect numbers cannot be reversed, redirected, transferred, or refunded.

5.4. Agents are advised to carefully review all transaction details before confirming an order.

6.1. All payments must be made through approved WondaMart GH payment channels.

6.2. Agents shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and telecommunications policies.

6.3. Fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, unauthorized access attempts, or any form of misuse may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account.

6.4. WondaMart GH reserves the right to investigate suspicious activities and take appropriate action where necessary.

7.1. WondaMart GH relies on third-party telecommunications providers for service delivery.

7.2. Network outages, maintenance activities, technical failures, or provider-related delays are beyond the direct control of WondaMart GH.

7.3. Every successfully paid and valid order will remain in processing until delivered or otherwise resolved by management.

7.4. WondaMart GH remains committed to ensuring that all legitimate orders are fulfilled.

8.1. WondaMart GH shall not be liable for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by agents.

8.2. WondaMart GH shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by telecommunications providers or external systems.

8.3. WondaMart GH shall not be responsible for disputes arising between agents and their customers.

8.4. Loss of anticipated profits, business opportunities, or indirect damages shall not be compensable.

8.5. Where liability exists, it shall be limited to the value of the affected service purchased.

9.1. Where an order fails due to system or provider issues and cannot be completed, the corresponding amount may be refunded to the agent's wallet.

9.2. Refund processing times may vary depending on the nature of the issue and verification requirements.

9.3. No refunds shall be provided for orders submitted with incorrect phone numbers or incorrect transaction details supplied by the agent.

9.4. WondaMart GH reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for disputed transactions.

10.1. Agents are prohibited from advertising, promoting, or marketing WondaMart GH on public social media platforms.

10.2. This restriction includes, but is not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Snapchat, YouTube, Telegram channels, and similar public platforms.

10.3. Advertising and promotion through WhatsApp Status are permitted.

10.4. Agents must ensure that any advertisement shared through WhatsApp Status is accurate, professional, and does not contain misleading information regarding WondaMart GH products, pricing, or services.

10.5. Agents shall not represent themselves as owners, directors, employees, or official representatives of WondaMart GH without written authorization.

10.6. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or permanent termination of the agent account.

11.1. By registering, funding a wallet, placing orders, or otherwise using the WondaMart GH platform, agents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

11.2. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of all policies, updates, and amendments issued by WondaMart GH.
